Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Phone Banking Officers. This role involves handling inbound calls from customers related to banking products and services, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers related to their banking needs such as account information, transactions, debit/credit cards, loans, internet banking, etc.
- Provide accurate information and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain call quality and customer service standards as defined by the bank.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information and adherence to banking regulations.
- Update customer records and log all call-related information as per standard procedures.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments for further investigation and resolution.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services is preferred
- Good typing skills and proficiency in using computer systems
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, customer-centric environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
