Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Phone Banking Officers. This role involves handling inbound calls from customers related to banking products and services, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers related to their banking needs such as account information, transactions, debit/credit cards, loans, internet banking, etc.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain call quality and customer service standards as defined by the bank.
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer information and adherence to banking regulations.
  • Update customer records and log all call-related information as per standard procedures.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments for further investigation and resolution.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services is preferred
  • Good typing skills and proficiency in using computer systems
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, customer-centric environment
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
