Job Description
We are hiring for the role of EMI Customer Service & Sales Executive, responsible for engaging with customers through outbound/inbound calls to assist with EMI-related queries, payments, and product offerings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a customer-first attitude to drive conversions and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound/inbound calls related to EMI collections, renewals, and customer servicing.
- Meet daily calling targets and productivity benchmarks.
- Achieve monthly conversion targets as per goal sheet and business objectives.
- Provide quality communication and service on every customer interaction, ensuring empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure high adherence to service standards, compliance, and code of conduct.
- Maintain high quality scores and pass all regular proficiency assessments.
- Attend daily team meetings and contribute to team progress and performance improvement discussions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling bank products during customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries and issues promptly and accurately.
- Record customer feedback, maintain logs, and follow up on pending cases to ensure closure.
- Focus on delivering a consistent and delightful customer experience in every call.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and convert leads.
- Good listening skills and customer empathy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with banking products and EMI-related services (preferred).
- Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM/calling tools.
- High level of commitment, responsibility, and ethical conduct.
