Chartered Accountant (CA)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in the Audit domain. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing audits across various industries, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and delivering high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Independently lead and manage statutory, tax, and internal audits.
2. Review financial statements and ensure compliance with IND-AS and other regulatory requirements.
3. Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies.
4. Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements.
5. Communicate effectively with clients to resolve queries and ensure timely completion of assignments.
6. Prepare detailed audit documentation and reports.
7. Supervise and guide junior team members during audit engagements.
8. Stay updated with changes in audit regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
2. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in audit, preferably in a CA firm.
3. Strong understanding of auditing standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and IND-AS.
4. Proficiency in audit tools, MS Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
5. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines independently.
