Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven individuals to join our team as CASA Acquisition Officers. The role involves acquiring new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products through field sales and relationship-building. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and a passion for achieving targets in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) through field visits, referrals, and direct interactions.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for CASA acquisition as defined by the bank.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, local market activities, and area mapping.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business and referrals.
  • Ensure all KYC and documentation is completed in compliance with bank policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and account activation.
  • Provide regular updates on lead status, market feedback, and competition to reporting manager.

  • Basic understanding of banking products and services
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
  • Willingness to travel locally and conduct on-ground customer meetings
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
