Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven individuals to join our team as CASA Acquisition Officers. The role involves acquiring new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products through field sales and relationship-building. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and a passion for achieving targets in a fast-paced banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) through field visits, referrals, and direct interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for CASA acquisition as defined by the bank.
- Generate leads through cold calling, local market activities, and area mapping.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business and referrals.
- Ensure all KYC and documentation is completed in compliance with bank policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and account activation.
- Provide regular updates on lead status, market feedback, and competition to reporting manager.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of banking products and services
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
- Willingness to travel locally and conduct on-ground customer meetings
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills and mobile application usage
